At this month's Twin Ports Freshwater Folk (TPFF) webinar, Science Museum of Minnesota Senior Scientist Mark Edlund will talk about the work being done to investigate the Didymo (i.e., "rock snot") invasion on the North Shore of Lake Superior. As a project team member, Mark will also talk about the research being done for the Minnesota Sea Grant-funded research project Didymo Invasion on Nearshore Lake Superior and its Tributaries.

Twin Ports Freshwater Folk (TPFF) webinars are for people in the Twin Ports communities of Duluth, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin, and anyone engaged in freshwater research, policy, or management. TPFF meetings are the first Wednesday of every month and include networking and informal discussion followed by a presentation(s) on a freshwater topic.
